We strive to make your online shopping experience a pleasant one. Ordering products online may not give you a chance to touch and inspect the artwork in detail.

However, artwork is always unique and shipping artwork back and forth may not be in the best interest of the artwork.

Therefore, our artwork (paintings, sculptures etc.)  is excluded from being returned, with the exception of shipping damages, which have to be noted at time of delivery to the carrier. But we do offer you various options to satisfy yourself about the artwork's condition.

A. you may come and see our artwork at any of our upcoming events. Check this website for upcoming art exhibitions throughout Las Vegas and 50 U.S. states. View the art at the exhibit to verify it is what you like. To ensure specific pieces of art will be exhibited at the next event, call 877-822-7163 to schedule a specific item to be represented at the next exhibit.

B. most artwork offers a variety of pictures depicting said artwork. Check each items page for links to larger images, video clips or other descriptive information.

C. if it is a big investment for you, we are able to schedule a private showing of the artwork at our offices on 4815 W. Russell Road. Please call in advance to make sure artwork is available for viewing.

D. if you are residing outside Las Vegas, you may also send a representative, independent third party, appraiser or other agent to inspect the artwork prior to us shipping it.

All sales are final.

Limited warranty for Electric Susan turntables

The manufacturer warrants the Electric Susan to the original purchaser only, against factory defects in material and workmanship for 6 months from date of purchase.

Should the unit prove defective, or fails to operate properly in normal use during the warranty period specified above, the manufacturer will repair it or replace it without charge when returned to Artan Media Group, Inc, freight prepaid, by the original purchaser. This warranty will be considered void of the product is tampered with, altered, modified, improperly installed or serviced, or damaged through misuse, negligence or accident.

When the warranty is not applicable, the customer will be charged for the cost of repair plus shipping charges. Items damaged in shipping must be returned to the factory in its original container.

The manufacturer and Artan Media Group, Inc. shall in no event be liable for inconvenience, or for incidental, consequential, contingent, or any other damages. This warranty is made in lieu of any other express warranty and, except for the foregoing warranty which is exclusive, there is no other warranty being made.
